Refund & Cancellation

Thank you for choosing Mishra Jyotish Care. We value your trust and strive to offer excellent products and astrology services. Please read our cancellation and refund policies carefully.

1. Service Bookings (Consultations)

• Advance Booking Fee: To confirm your consultation (Vedic Astrology, Tarot reading, Vastu, etc.), a non-refundable advance payment of ₹500 (or $6 USD for international bookings) is collected.
• Rescheduling: You can reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled session by contacting our customer service or from your dashboard. Rescheduling inside 24 hours is allowed only under special circumstances at our discretion.
• No-Show Policy: If you fail to join the consultation session at the scheduled slot without prior information (at least 3 hours in advance), the advance booking fee is forfeited and cannot be refunded or adjusted to another slot.
• Cancellations by Us: In the rare event that we have to cancel a consultation due to unforeseen emergencies, you will be offered the choice of rescheduling the session or receiving a full 100% refund of your advance booking fee.

2. Gemstone & Yantra Purchases

• Returns: We accept returns on authentic gemstones and yantras within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and with the original laboratory authenticity certificate and packaging intact.
• Custom Gem Ring/Pendant Settings: Items that have been custom-crafted, set into custom rings, or personalized pendants at your request are **non-returnable** and **non-refundable**, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
• Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected by our gemologists, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method (via Razorpay) within 5 to 7 business days.

3. Return Shipping

To return your product, please write to us at mishrajyotishcare@gmail.com. We will coordinate a return pickup via our shipping partner (Delhivery), or you will be requested to mail your product to our registered office. The return shipping fees may be deducted from your final refund amount unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
