Shipping & Delivery

Thank you for shopping at Mishra Jyotish Care. We deliver our physical products (genuine gemstones, custom rings, yantras, etc.) across India using our shipping partner, Delhivery.

1. Delivery Areas & Serviceability

We ship to most pincodes within India. During checkout, once you enter your 6-digit pincode, our system will automatically verify serviceability using the Delhivery API. If your pincode is in a remote or unserviceable area, our customer support team will contact you to find alternative logistics arrangements.

2. Shipping Fees

• Domestic Orders: Free shipping is provided for all orders exceeding ₹5,000. For orders below ₹5,000, a flat shipping charge of ₹199 (or live dynamic courier fees computed via Delhivery) is applicable.
• International Shipping: For international gemstone orders, please contact us directly at mishrajyotishcare@gmail.com before placing the order to receive a custom shipping quotation and verify customs clearance rules for your country.

3. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

• Vedic Energization Process: Every gemstone and yantra undergoes a Vedic ritual energization (Prana Pratishtha Puja) performed by our priests before dispatch. This process takes 1 to 3 business days.
• Custom Rings/Pendants: If you request ring/pendant mounting, please allow an additional 2 to 4 business days for manufacturing and setting.
• Transit Time: Once dispatched, standard domestic delivery takes:
  • Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days.
  • Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number (Delhivery Waybill) will be assigned and saved to your account. You will receive an automated email notification with the tracking link. You can also view the live status of your delivery any time on our **Order Tracking** page using your order number.
